Jashoda Pindoria, Deputy Director for Self Assessment Operations joined Jashoda Joined HMRC in 2019 and is responsible for the leadership and transformation of self-assessment operational services in Personal Tax. She has worked as a civil servant for over 30 years, previously with the DWP accountable for delivery of customer services through jobcentres and other local service outlets, including advisory services. She was awarded an MBE in the Queen’s birthday honours in 2013 for services to jobseekers and to the community in East London.
