Will’s career in debt recovery started in 2006, recovering unsecured regulated debts for a high street bank. In 2014, Will joined Barbon Insurance Group as their Legal & Claims Manager and was responsible for handling landlords’ and letting agents’ claims, on behalf of a number of insurers, on one of the UK’s largest Rent Protection Legal Expense insurance portfolios. In 2018 Will was promoted to the Group’s Head of Legal & Claims and brings a wealth of debt recovery, litigation, and landlord and tenant dispute resolution experience to the firm.

Will is an Associate of The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, with ongoing studies that will see him become Chartered in 2024, and  he is a Member of The Chartered Institute of Credit Management through experience.
