The NRLA has been shortlisted as a finalist in four categories at the prestigious Association Excellence Awards 2026.

We are contention for Best Membership Support, Best UK Association (over 1,500 members) and the Sector Representation awards, with our chief executive Ben Beadle also a finalist in the Association Leader of the Year category.

The awards, held annually since 2015, recognise the work of trade bodies, professional membership organisations and associations in championing their members' interests and promoting innovation and best practice and we have been a regular finalist at in recent years

Our chief executive Ben Beadle said: "It's a huge honour to reach the finals in each of the categories we entered, and testament to the commitment of colleagues across the organisation. The last 12 month have been a challenging time for the industry as we prepared for the introduction of the Renters’ Rights Act, and our place in the finals is, in part, down to the work we have done to support and represent members during this time.”

The winners will be announced at a lunchtime ceremony on 13 November , at the Hilton London Bankside.
