The Big Question: Do you set up tenancies online or in-person?

Do you arrange your tenancies online or in person? New technologies allow tenants to sign contracts remotely, with some landlords swearing by tech to streamline the process. Others prefer to do things in person and on paper.

The NRLA is asking what you prefer to do for our next ‘Big Question’ feature in NRLA members’ magazine, Property.

In each edition the regular feature explores a topical issue related to renting, to find out more about your thoughts, opinions and experiences.

Perhaps you always set up tenancies in-person? Or perhaps, following the pandemic, you have decided to make use of software allowing you to set up tenancies online. Or maybe you do a mixture of both.

Whatever your story, we're keen to hear from you about what you do - and why.
