During the pandemic, more and more landlords and agents carried out viewings online. Do you still carry out traditional in-person viewings, or do you now do things virtually – and what are the pros and cons? 

It may well depend on how close you live to the property – for example if you live further away perhaps you find online viewings more convenient?
