Get involved – share your story in our members’ magazine
Our members’ magazine Property is one of the most popular elements of our member offer, and, ahead of the next edition we are inviting you to get involved in one of two major features planned.
Family property businesses
We are looking to speak to landlords who run their property business with family members across the generations. Do you own a company alongside your parent, child or grandchild – or has your family property business passed down through multiple generations? Maybe your children or grandchildren are planning to join you and become landlords themselves?
If so, we’d love to hear from you to potentially include your story as part of a larger feature on multi-generational landlords in our autumn edition.
Energy efficiency
Elsewhere we will be taking a look at the new Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) and are hoping to speak with those of you who have made, or are making improvements to get your properties to an EPC C or above.
We will be talking about how you brought your properties up to standard, the difference upgrades have made, and any challenges you faced along the way. We are also keen to speak with anyone who may have been impacted by botched insulation works carried out under the Government’s ECO or Great British Insulation Scheme (GBIS).
