NRLA research: Look out for our latest survey
Two landlord surveys are launching this weekend, with research subscribers invited to participate in one of the consultation exercises.
We at the NRLA are running the first, with results to feed into our Landlord Trends work.
Landlord Trends offers a quarterly snapshot of your opinions and confidence levels, with the focus this quarter on tax and the forthcoming Budget.
The results will be posted on our website at Landlord Trends #07 once the analysis is complete.
The second consultation is run by our trusted research partners Pegasus Insight, with the data used to give us a quarterly ‘financial healthcheck’ for the sector.

How do I get involved?
If you subscribe to our research emails you will be invited to participate in one of these surveys, a selection made at random. Both consultations help the NRLA drive the conversation about the rented sector, provide evidence for our campaigns work, and ensure we represent your views.
To sign up log in to the webiste and check your preferences. Click on your name (on top right corner of your browser) then select 'profile and preferences', then tick the NRLA Research box in the 'preferences' section.
For each survey there is a quarterly prize draw of £250 in vouchers, with the winner to be notified via email.
