Renters’ Rights faces final hurdle – could landlords be left in limbo?
Monday will see the Renters’ Rights Bill return to the House of Commons for 'ping pong', the final stages before it moves into law. This comes against a backdrop of turmoil within the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) following the resignations of Housing Secretary and Deputy Prime Minister Angela Rayner today, and homelessness minister Rushanara Ali last month.
