Burnham tells landlords housing is the ‘single best investment that the UK can make’
Greater Manchester Mayor and former Government Minister Andy Burnham said quality housing is vital to both society and the economy at the NRLA’s annual Landlord Conference this week. He told the thousand landlords and property professionals in attendance that a vibrant private rented sector (PRS) is an essential part of the housing market and assured the packed auditorium he wants good landlords to remain in the sector.
