Exciting prize draw!!

We are thrilled to announce that in the last 12 months we have trained over 10,000 landlords. To celebrate and as a thank you, we have an exciting prize draw where 10 members could win 1 free training course up to the value of £200. To enter simply enter your details and winners will be annonced by the 14th December. 

Terms & conditions

  • These terms and conditions apply to the 10,000 landlords trained prize draw operated by the NRLA.
  • By entering this free prize draw, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • This prize draw is open to all current NRLA members (including those with a guest account) but excludes employees of the NRLA and their families.
  • One entry per person is allowed and multiple entries will not be counted.
  • There will be 1 free prize draw which will start, and finish as follows:
    • Will start at 9am on the 1st December 2023 and will run until 23.59pm on the 11th December 2023
  • All entries must be received within the times stated above to be eligible for this free prize draw.
  • The prizes include: 1 free training course of your choosing up to the value of £200.
  • The winner of each prize will be drawn randomly from a list of all qualifying entrants.
  • Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered. The NRLA reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the NRLA’s control make it necessary to do so.
  • No other costs will be covered.
  • The prize draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date referenced above and the winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw.
  • Should there be no response to this email within 7 days or should the email be returned as undeliverable for any reason, including but not limited to an invalid email address, the NRLA reserves the right to disqualify that entry and select an alternative winner.
  • The NRLA accepts no liability for any loss of entries caused by technical faults.
  • By entering this promotion, you give permission for the NRLA to post your first name and hometown on our website and social media channels should you win a prize.
  • Prize draw winners will be sent their prize within 28 days of confirmation of their win.
  • Whilst the NRLA will take every care to ensure that the prizes are delivered in time and intact, we will not accept responsibility for prizes that are lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure.
  • Entrants must be over the age of 18 at the time of participation to enter the free prize draw promotions.
  • Insofar as is permitted by law, the NRLA will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up any prize. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  • The decision of the NRLA regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  • Any personal data relating to the free prize draw entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s prior consent. The terms of our Privacy Policy also apply.
  • The NRLA reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
