Each unit has its own learning content, mock assessment, and final assessment. You can book and take the assessment for a unit once you have completed the learning for that unit and attempted the unit mock. You do not need to wait until all course learning has been completed to book individual unit assessments.
Unit assessments are multiple-choice and take up to 30 minutes per unit. Your first attempt at each unit assessment is included in the course price.
Assessments are booked directly through the Training Academy course page. When booking, please ensure your date of birth is entered correctly. We require 7 working days’ notice to schedule your assessment window. Once booked, you will have 90 days to complete your assessment remotely using your own laptop or PC in a quiet, distraction-free environment.
If an assessment is not passed on the first attempt, re-sits are charged at £25 per unit, with a maximum of two re-sits per unit. Please ensure additional learning has been completed before attempting a re-sit. Support is available if required.
Please allow up to one month for results. If the maximum number of re-sits is reached without passing, the qualification cannot be continued.
