Managing Property and Residential Lettings Level 3 Certificate
This qualification is OFQUAL Registered and nationally recognised. This qualification comprises of 5 units and takes approximately 100 hours of self-study followed by a multiple choice assessment. The assessment is included in the price and you a re-sit may be booked at no extra cost if required. You will have 18 months to complete all units.

Upcoming Qualification Changes
The UK Government has confirmed the timeline for the implementation of the Renters’ Rights Act, which brings significant legislative changes to the residential lettings and property management sector. To ensure all qualifications remain compliant, the Level 3 Certificate in Managing Property and Residential Lettings will be updated in full.
As a result, bookings for this version of the qualification are now closed, and the course will be retired on 31st March 2026. We are taking new pre-bookings for the updated qualification Managing Property & Residential Lettings, Level 3 Certificate with Post Nominals (MNRLA) here, which we expect to launch on 6th April 2026.

Background
This qualification is designed for property managers who are required to have the understanding and skills to effectively manage privately rented properties. This qualification enables letting agents to enhance their skills and also increase their understanding of the rules and regulations that they are bound by. This qualification is in line with English law.
The course is designed for new and existing letting agents who want to develop their property management skills for current and future success. The qualification is all based online and delivered via remote self-study to allow you to learn at your own pace. The final exam can be booked on completion of all units and can also be completed remotely from your home.
This course provides you with 12 core CPD points to be used to become accreditated with the NRLA. Please upload your certificate to your CPD log once complete for this to be approved.
Assessment
Each unit has a separate assessment for this course each taking up to 30 minutes. They can be completed all-in-1 go or on separate occasions, and the cost is included in the price. Once you have completed the course, please contact us at [email protected] to schedule the assessment confirming when you would like to complete them and your date of birth. We require 7 working days notice to schedule your assessment and you will have 90 days to complete the assessment at a time of your choosing. The assessment is completed remotely online from your personal laptop, PC at a location of your choosing, but it must be quiet and free from distractions. If assessments are not passed first time, you are provided 1 free re-sit. Following re-sits of each individual unit assessment will be charged at £20. Please allow up to 1 month for results to be recieved. Please note: The maximum number of re-sits per unit is 2. Please ensure additional learning has been completed prior to undertaking re-sits. Additional support can be provided if required. Once 2 re-sits have been completed the qualification cannot be proceeded with.
