Please confirm that a carbon monoxide alarm is not required if there aren't any solid fuel burners.

Am I correct in thinking that a standard domestic boiler does not constitute a solid fuel burner?

So unless there is an open fire or woodburner, a carbon monoxide alarm isn't a legal requirement?

Thank you.
