Hi all, hope someone can advise me on this matter. Everything started with one of my two tenants complained about the other tenant making noise late in the night (calling family on the other side of the globe). I didn't add the time frame for quiet time in the tenant contract so I suggested tenants should solve this issue by talking to each other. The complaining tenant got back to me saying that since asking the other tenant to stay quiet in the night, she started to behave aggressively, like moving towards them or walking past them aggressively, blanking them when trying to speak to them, moving furniture around house, removing blanket and cushions from sofa, storming out when the other tenant enters the kitchen while she is there. Now, the complaining tenant would like to report her housemate since she does not feel safe in the house because of her behaviour. I have decided to call the "aggressive" tenant to try to understand if and why she is behaving that way (lockdown side effect?). In the meantime I would appreciate an advice from those that have experienced the same problem and if there are obligations from landlords in this circumstances. Many thanks, Linda
