I read Sally Walmsley's recent article on this on your site with my jaw dropping as it went on. Nowhere does she mention the legal basis for this (unless I have missed the passing of the Destruction of the PRS Act 2021). What on earth is the legal basis for this? Is it being challenged in the courts by the NRLA? If this is now to become expected (and I don't see how the "situation" will ease within the next five years), why on earth would anyone let a flat to anyone with a mental disorder or possible claimed mental disorder (stress or anxiety) - so 95% of the population?
