Is compensation required for loss of water due to frozen pipes?

The water pipes froze for a couple of days in my rental property recently I got the problem sorted out fairly quickly and provided bottled drinking water, buckets of water to flush the toilet and hand washing/cooking/washing up water. The heating is electric, so there was no loss of heat.
As the property is a studio in my garden, I also let my tenant use my shower, after disinfecting it thoroughly. Do I need to offer compensation for the inconvenience?
Thanks
