I believe you recommend and 'wet signature' if possible when stating and new tenancy.
But due to Covid, I am unable to see the new tenants in person.
I would like to use Adobe and digital signatures via email.
My questions:
How legally binding is a digital signature, should I have any concerns?
Can I create a generic signature provided on Adobe, or should I scan my actual signaure and add that to Adobe?
Any other advice, or things to watch out for when using the digital process.

One final point, I have a colleague who is a letting agent, and they use digital signatures, they did not seem to be concerned?

Thanks in advance
