I have two questions regarding the updated guidance on Right to Rent as follows:

The guidance states 'This means that if someone can provide you with a boarding pass from the last six months, and a genuine passport the property can be let to them for up to 12 months without making a second right to rent check.'

1. Does this mean you can let to them for 12 months from their date of entry to the UK or 12 months from any date commencing within the six months from entry (Therefore potentially up to 18 months from date of entry)

and

2. Most people will not keep their boarding card or flight tickets unless they already know the rules. Would therefore a passport stamp on entry be sufficient? I presume UK Border Force are now stamping passports of visitors from the EU?
