Our property after the agent attended to carry out a 12 month inspection with a plumber for the annual boiler service discovered that it was used as a cannabis farm and 2 illegal immigrants working inside. We feel that that the agent didn't do his due diligence on the tenant that he found for us, or inspect the property more frequently. In order to get things looked at properly can you advise on any lawyers who would assist in this matter, or if you are able to provide advise. Our property has been maliciously damaged inside and outside. Unfortunately our landlord insurance did bot cover malicious damage by tenant, only accidental which this clearly is not.
