What is the NLRA position on a number of service fronts?

I have been a satisfied member of the NLA for a number of years, and more recently a member of the NLRA. I pay my annual subscription without question and do not make a heavy call on NLRA resources. I am happy with the services that the NLRA does offer, and at the same time uncomfortable with what is not covered:
Firstly, there is no (customer) service contact point - the two channels are advice line and membership line (this post is not directly related to either). A service-focussed organisation should be able to receive and field service issues;
The list of advice matters not covered on the advice line landing page is fairly long and, in my humble opinion, too long;
Specifically, services do not cover Scotland and Northern Ireland (a big disadvantage and step back from what was provided previously) and means that landlords like me have to "double-up" or "triple up) on association memberships. The term "National" in the NLRA appears to have been redefined as England and Wales - perhaps NEWLRA should be the name and brand, so as to be clear?;
Furthermore, the NLRA "chooses(?)" to be silent on advice and activity on the cladding scandal, being one of the hottest (excuse the pun!) issues of our time, affecting many landlords. Some members may be aware that a young landlord (age 37) recently committed suicide, and an overwhelming senses of desperation over cladding liabilities was a factor in his demise. What is the reasoning for this NLRA's position on cladding?
CPD - what do CPD points actually mean, how are CPD accreditation points justified in terms of weighting, and how many points are "required" to achieve "accreditation"?;
CPD costs - how are e-learning costs varying from £12.50 or so up to £80 per e-session justified?

I would rather be a fully satisfied member of the NLRA than have these niggles nagging away at me every time I log on or have contact with my association.

Of course, such matters might normally be raised "in private", but I thought it might be usefull to see if I am alone on these matters.
