Wales landlord forums: New dates announced
Landlord forums will be held in Cardiff and Powys in the coming weeks, offering you the chance to get updates on all the latest news from the private rented sector and network with fellow landlords.
Open to landlords, agents and property professionals, the Cardiff Landlord Forum, will be held on 28th January, at County Hall, at Cardiff Bay.
Items on the agenda include updates on the Renters Rights Act and how it impacts the private sector in Wales as well as England, this week’s announcement on energy efficiency, and the upcoming election in Wales, as well as NRLA calls, and what a change in Government could mean for you.
This forum will run from 5.30pm and 8pm and there’s no need to register – you can just turn up on the day.
The Powys County Council Landlord Forum is being held at County Hall, Llandrindod Wells next month, on February 25th.
Running from between 10am until 1pm it will include an update from Rent Smart Wales on staying compliant with the Renting Homes (Wales) Act, with NRLA representatives on hand to explain more about legislative changes, including updates on new Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES).
