I setup AnyVan back in 2009, with a pretty simple goal to ensure you could always move anything, anywhere - at a fantastic price. Which sounds great, but how do we do it, and how is it different to others?

Imagine someone has to drop off a drum kit in Donington, or a sofa in Salford, and then return empty. About half the miles being driven are actually empty miles. We help our transport partners find extra work on these empty journeys, which means we can also pass on a large saving to you – usually about 40%.

So now we're on a mission to create the world’s most efficient logistics technology, to help halve the number of these wasted miles. And last year, we helped over 300,000 customers move items for less.
