Why recurring mould is costing you more than you think
Visible mould growth is usually the final stage of a much larger environmental imbalance. Airborne mould spores circulate constantly within indoor environments. They settle in dust reservoirs, fabrics, carpets and soft furnishings. If the air itself remains unstable, re-colonisation is highly likely. This is why some properties develop a reputation for being “problem homes” — even after remedial works have been completed. The issue isn’t always the surface. It’s the air.
