Course of the Month: Antisocial behaviour

Anti-Social Behaviour can be a really tricky issue for landlords to deal with, and can range from 'low level' incidents, such as failing to throw rubbish away propertly to abuse, harassment or using the property for criminal acticity at the other end of the scale.

The Introdcution to dealing with Antisocial Behaviour course, which is suitable for landlords and agents, will teach you how to:

  • Identify and interpret the legal definition of antisocial behaviour

  • Prevent antisocial behaviour  by using sound referencing and drawing up a robust tenancy agreement

  • Anticipate problems

  • Offer support to victims of ASB

  • Educate yourself when it comes to legal processes and initiatives to end tenancies in England, such as Injunctions to Prevent Nuisance and Annoyance (IPNAs)

This course is available as an eClassroom class on 21 May, from 9.30am to 4.30pm. To book your place, click here

Members can access this course for £94.50 and non-members for £117.

Completion of this course will reward you with 5 CPD points.
