Allison brings more than 25 years of property industry experience and expertise to the role, having started her career at one of the original Leaders branches in North Laine, Brighton in 1992 as an Administrator. Allison quickly worked her way through the ranks, becoming Branch Manager and Area Manager and helped to grow the business and brand through the early stages of the network expansion.  Allison was promoted to Lettings Director in 2008, Managing Director in 2016, and National Lettings Managing Director in 2022. She was an integral part of the leadership team through the merger of Leaders and Romans to create LRG. In 2026, she became Chief Lettings Officer.
