New dates announced for the NRLA's ‘Wales On Tour’

Following the success of last year's events programme, the NRLA has confirmed new dates for its 2024 ‘Wales On Tour’ sessions.

Hundreds of landlords have already attended the free ‘NRLA on Tour’ roadshows, which invite landlords, letting agents and other property professionals to hear from a line-up of expert speakers, including NRLA Chief Executive Ben Beadle.

As well as finding out the very latest on what's happening in the Welsh private rented sector, delegates can learn more about exclusive member benefits, and network with fellow industry professionals.

This year's Wales On Tour events will be held:

  • in Cardiff on May 23
  • in Llandudno on July 4
  • in Aberystwyth on September 3 and
  • in Llanelli on November 12.

On the morning of each of the meetings the NRLA will be running workshops to help landlords in Wales understand written terms in Ocupation Contracts. The sessions are free for NRLA members and £10 for non-members, with booking for the Cardiff event now open

NRLA chief executive Ben Beadle said: "We look forward to delivering more NRLA On Tour events across Wales this year following the resounding success of last year’s sessions.

“As well as giving delegates the chance to learn more from industry experts about the Welsh Government’s focus over the coming year, our events offer a great opportunity to hear more about the ways in which the NRLA is making life easier for members, with benefits including access to compliance platforms Safe2 and NRLA Portfolio."
