8th October | Northumberland County Council’s Annual Countywide Landlord Forum

9am – 5pm

Venue: Northumberland Market Pavilion

Hosted by the NRLA events team, this full-day, free event will include updates on selective licensing, property standards, evictions and the Renters’ Rights Act. You can also learn more about energy grants and our accreditation scheme, and how it could benefit you as a landlord.

8th October | NRLA Landlord Event Carlisle

10.30am – 1pm

Venue: Carlisle Civic Centre, Rickergate.

The event will focus on the Renters’ Rights Act and upcoming changes to Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and is open to all landlords, letting agents and housing professionals. You will have the opportunity to hear from industry experts including the NRLA, with ample opportunities to ask questions to help you understand how future legislative and regulatory changes could affect your businesses.

9th October | NRLA Landlord Event Workington

10.30am – 1pm

15th October | NRLA Connect – London [SOLD OUT]

15th October | South Yorkshire Landlord Forum 2026

Landlords from South Yorkshire are invited to Rotherham to find out more about the Renters’ Rights Act, including the new landlord database, new EPC rules and homelessness and rough sleeping initiatives, with presentations from expert speakers and a Q&A session. 15th October | Reading Borough Council Landlord Information Evening

5.45pm – 9pm.

Venue: Reading Civic Centre

Reading landlords are invited to an information evening with presentations from a range of expert speakers and practical workshops on legislation, tax and property standards. 15th October | Wrekin Landlords Association Autumn Conference

7pm – 9pm (landlords are asked to arrive no later than 6.45pm for a prompt start).

Venue: The Anstice, Telford

Property professionals and landlords from across the Telford are invited to an autumn conference packed with expert insight, essential updates and great networking opportunities. There will also be a Q&A session with professionals from across the industry. The event is free to attend for Wrekin Landlord Association members and anyone attending for the first time. 20th October | East Midlands Housing Conference

10am – 4pm

Venue: East Midlands Conference Centre, Nottingham

Following a successful first conference in 2025, this year’s event hosted by DASH will focus on the real-world implications of the Renters’ Rights reforms, almost six months after they came into force.  Speakers and special guests will offer practical guidance and information to help you gain a deeper understanding of how recent legislation is reshaping the private rented sector. 21st October | Warwick District’s Autumn Landlord Forum
