13th August | Flintshire Landlord Forum 

Venue: Care & Repair site, Wales 

Running from 6pm to 7.30pm 

For landlords, agents and anyone involved in the private rented sector in Wales who wants to stay up to date with what's happening in the sector. The agenda covers our MEES proposals, a fire safety talk and an overview of Care & Repair support services. It's your chance to stay ahead of regulatory changes, reduce risk and improve your property management approach, all while networking with fellow landlords and experts.

19th August | Blaenau Gwent & Merthyr Tydfil Landlord Forum 

Venue: Blaenau Gwent General Offices, Wales 

Running from 5pm to 7.30pm 

This forum is for landlords, agents and anyone involved in the private rented sector in Wales who wants to stay up to date with all the latest PRS news. Topics up for discussion range from MEES and Senedd policy changes, to a session on the eviction process from Fonseca Law Solicitors. There will also be talks on empty homes and property standards.
