NRLA launches nationally recognised agent qualification

The NRLA recently launched The Managing Property and Residential Lettings Level 3 award, a new nationally recognised agent qualification.The qualification is the equivalent of an A level for new and existing letting agents and property managers who want to develop their skills. Wales Tenancy Saver Loan scheme launches after NRLA campaign

The Tenancy Saver Loan Scheme launched in Wales in October. Tenants affected financially by the coronavirus can apply for a low interest loan, to support them in paying off rent arrears related to coronavirus. NRLA Wales campaign for a Welsh Housing Survey

NRLA Wales recently launched a campaign calling for all political parties to introduce a Welsh Housing Survey. NRLA guide to managing rent arrears

In August, the NRLA launched guidance on managing rent arrears, backed by several organisations across the housing sector including the Chartered Institute of Housing, The Property Redress Scheme, My Deposits, the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and ARLA Propertymark.
