Accredited members are able to demonstrate their knowledge, training, skills and intentions to manage properties and tenancies in line with best practice, and aim to have great relationships with happy tenants.
The NRLA Accreditation scheme is designed for individual landlords of private residential tenancies, and is only available to NRLA members. If let property is owned by a limited company then we recommend at least one of the directors becomes Accredited with us.
Accredited members are able use the Accredited logo on their stationery, and can download a certificate to show to local authorities and tenants. The NRLA sometimes offers additional discounts and benefits to members.
