How NRLA Concierge Works

Step 1: Application

Complete the application form and agree to the terms and conditions. Once submitted, you will receive an email from your dedicated case handler.

Step 2: Document Review & Eligibility

Your case handler will review your documents and confirm your eligibility to proceed.

Step 3: Consultation

You will be invited to a 30-minute consultation, where your case handler assists with completing all required documentation, answers your questions, and outlines the next steps.

Step 4: Ongoing Support

Your case handler remains available for any queries until the end of your application process.

  • Section 13 – £100
  • Section 8 – £300
  • Notice to Quit – £200
