How NRLA Concierge Works

Step 1: Application and Payment

Complete the application form below for the service you require.  Collate the required information for the service by checking the requirements on the Application Document.  Once submitted, your dedicated case handler will call you to take payment for the service. 

Step 2: Document Review & Eligibility

Your case handler will review your documents, contact you for any missing information or queries and then confirm your eligibility to proceed 

Step 3: Consultation

After your payment is made, you will book your 30 min consultation appointment in using our online booking service.  This will be done using Microsoft Teams Online.   Details will be emailed to you.  In this session, your case handler will show you the document completion work we have done and present the finished documents for you to use . 

Step 4: Ongoing Support

YYour case handler will provide some information on how to appropriately serve your document or notice, as appropriate, in accordance with the relevant laws surrounding those documents.   Any closing queries from you are welcome at this time to your case handler.

  • Creating a Tenancy – £200
  • Section 13 – £100
  • Section 8 – £300
  • Section 21 - £250
  • Notice to Quit – £200

NRLA Concierge is an exclusive service available to NRLA members. To continue with your application and access enhanced support, you must first register as a member. Membership provides access to our full range of services, including NRLA Concierge, where you’ll receive tailored, one-to-one support to help you manage complex landlord issues with confidence.
