Some landlords engage third party agents to let their houses by the room.  But Rent to Rent as it is called has had some negative press in the past.  Iyabo Agiri prides herself on managing rent to rent scenarios professionally for landlords.  Richard will interview her about best practice, the pitfalls to look out for and what motivates her to manage properties for others.

5. London Borough Of Newham Public Health Team Update with Hafsa Elmi, Senior Strategist, Newham Public Health

Hafsa will provide a briefing on the public health impacts of cold homes and how energy efficiency can improve outcomes.
