Energy Efficiency Grants Available to Landlords

Sustainable Warmth (Green Homes Grant) is a UK Government funded initiative, supporting local projects to make energy-saving improvements in people's homes. It aims to help households manage fuel bills, make homes warmer and more comfortable, lower carbon emissions, and create green jobs.

Stephanie Li, Climate Change Project Manager from Southend-on-Sea City Council will be explaining how the funding can work for private landlords if their tenants are eligible for the funding.
