Welcome and introductions by Sue Bryer NRLA Rep. This meeting will open at 6pm as tea and coffee will be served before the meeting giving time to network with like minded people. The meeting will commnce at 6.30pm.

Rachel Cave: Rachel will advise landlords on how best to avoid problems with ASB from their tenants and what to do if they get reports.

Sue Bryer: Sue will provide legislative updates for landlords on key areas.

Bruce Reynolds: Bruce will speak about the health effects of damp and mould and explain the roles and responsibilities of tenants and landlords to ensure it is effectively managed.
