The long-awaited Renters’ Reform Bill was published on 17 May. In this webinar we will be joined by a DLUHC official to provide an overview of the main provisions, including how they are likely to affect landlords and tenants

Amongst other things, the Bill will change the way in which landlords can deal with anti-social tenants and take possession of their properties. The webinar will highlight these proposed changes, as well as current requirements that are likely to remain unchanged.

Please submit any questions you may want to ask during the Q/A session of the webinar by emailing the Campaigns and Public Affairs Team at [email protected].
