Safe Suffolk Renters ...... what is it ?


Justin King – Programme Manager at East Suffolk Council will update you on this new initiative supported by UK Government funding.

The Safe Suffolk Renters Project’s objective is to build better relationships between landlords, tenants, property managers and the Suffolk Councils. We are seeking to encourage and support landlords, alongside providing information to ensure safe healthy homes.

Ipswich Borough Council LET Scheme

LET focuses solely on private sector lettings within IBC’s Housing Options team, which is dedicated to dealing with housing advice and assistance, including preventing people from becoming homeless. We work closely with private landlords who have properties available in the Ipswich area. We offer rent guarantees, deposit bonds, and tenant-finding services. Come and hear how we can help and support you.

 

This is a free event for members and non-members alike.

To enroll please follow the instructions to either a) sign into your NRLA membership account or b) create a free Guest account in order to enroll and attend the meeting.
