Welcome to our NRLA on Tour Northwest event Hosted by Rob Johnson Northwest Regional Representative,

We have some keynote speakers including our Chief Executive Ben Beadle.

We will also have lots of industry specialists and exhibitors covering a wide range of topics tailored to the PRS.

Paul will talk about the landscape of the everchanging Private Rental Sector, giving top tips on choosing the right tenant, embracing technology to assist with self-managing your portfolio, dealing with changes in regulation, the banning of section 21 and the impacts, updates on the courts and evictions.

The Renters Reform Bill represents a seismic shake-up of the private rented sector, perhaps the biggest in over 30 years. The bill sets out the government's plans to fundamentally reform the private rented sector (PRS) and level up housing quality.

Ben will provide an up-to-date picture of all the hard work he and the NRLA has been doing to represent and support landlords
