Event description

An in person event being hosted by Teresa Kaczmarek to bring the latest sector news. We will be joined by a RICS Surveyor, Dale, who will have an informal chat about the forthcoming EPC algorithm changes and including some tips on increasing energy efficiency in your rentals.

    • Tea and coffee will be available on arrival.
    • Note there is limited parking at the hotel and the nearest car park within a short walk from the hotel is Mayorhold, Lady's Lane, Northampton, NN1 3HA.  Please allow plenty of time to get parked.
    • If using the hotel car park please ensure that you register your vehicle at reception (Google shows the car park as being closed and this is incorrect as the hotel car park is open).
