Introduction by Regional Representatives Sandra Towers, Don Robbie, and Teresa Kaczmarek, for a walkthrough of the day's agenda, setting the stage for a series of insightful sessions tailored for today's landlords.

14:10 - Increasing regulation for landlords on enforcement and the standard of homes - should we be worried? Linda Cobb (OBE), DASH Principal Manager
Join Linda Cobb for an informative session on the upcoming Decent and Safe Home Standards. Linda has been a consistent member of the Government working party on the new Decent and Safe Home Standards and brings this expertise to NRLA On Tour to share exactly what these changes will mean for landlords. DASH Services is a Private Rented Sector service for Local Authorities, Landlords & Tenants and is hosted by Derby City Council on behalf of numerous Council across England. Linda has taken DASH from a small accreditation scheme operating in the East Midlands, to one with over 2,100 members which is now open to Local Authorities across England.  Linda's experience in housing standards, culminating in an OBE for Services to Housing, provides her with a unique perspective on thriving in a regulated environment.

14:45  Safeguarding Your Investments: The Role of Professional Inventory Management with Olaf Throndsen, Head of Franchise Development, No Letting Go

Ben Beadle will provide a comprehensive update on the Renters Reform Bill and discuss how these changes will affect the private rented sector. Discover the NRLA's role in supporting landlords through these changes. Ben will be taking questions from the audience and always provides us with the details of exactly what’s going on behind the scenes and the impact we can expect it to have.
