Event description

The first Cardiff Landlord Forum of 2025  is on the 29th January 2025 at 6pm.   PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGE OF DATE DUE TO VENUE AVAILABILITY.

As usual Cardiff Council will be on hand from 5.30 to support with any tenancy issues, and will provide the buffet.  

Although we have covered this topic before, with the Labour’s Budget making changes to Inheritance Tax, we hope to be joined by a Tax expert

To advice us on the best ways to manage these changes.

As always Douglas Haig will update us with the latest legislation update and local council changes
