I have a number of rental properties, and I do all the maintenance myself. I have a load of tools, which I use mostly for property development, but partly for use on maintenance of my rental properties. Does anyone know if I can claim a share of the cost of the tools I have bought in the last tax year as tax deductible through the annual Investment Allowance? many thanks!
