Can someone advise me please. I was granted a possession order in August, The judge gave the tenants another 28 days which lapsed on the 27th Sept. I know the tenants have left, they have told me so but they say they are still clearing the rubbish out in my property. Can I enter the property and change the locks, or do I have to wait for the bailliff. The judge stated in his judgement that the bailliff should attend no eairiler than the 27th and then attend the next available date after the 27th but no date has been arranged dispite my appempts to get it sorted.

I have got a money order and have advised the tenant that they will continue to be laible for the rent untill I get my keys back. I have also told them that I will apply for payment directly from earings should they continue to fail to make payment towards the debt.

So can I legally go into my property and change the locks today,

Thankyou in advance
