Hi,

I have four houses situated on the same Bolton House Road, Bickershaw, WN2 4AB, a nice quiet village with buses for Wigan and Leight after 15 to 20 minutes from Bickershaw Lane. two to five-minute walk.

All are tenanted except one which has become empty. All except one with sitting tenant have GCH. They are two-bedroom terrace houses with double glazing and they are all improved under a Grant from Council. Rent is around £450.00 but could be more if you live nearby. I live in Reading.

All are well looked after. Could my sitting tenant be moved out if someone is buying this property with the intention of moving in?

The Houses on that Road have been sold for +70K.
