I own 3 rental properties personally and manage them myself. I also have a limited company that provides interim project management services, although it hasn't done much this last year. The thought occurred to me that as a director of this company I could provide property management services to me personally to manage my 3 properties. The fees would be income to my company but would be chargeable as an expense on my personal income. There is an obvious tax advantage in doing this as I am a 40% tax payer. Anyone have any thoughts on this? Thanks.
