Letting Agents time scale to transfer funds

We are using a letting agent to find a tenant and administer the move in procedure which includes collecting the Tenants deposit and first months rent which they then pass on to us less their fees. My question is how long is reasonable to expect to wait for the funds to transfer? At the moment we are having to chase them. The last let was at least 2 weeks, we have just completed another let and have asked by email on several occasions when we can expect the funds but have had no reply? We would like this to be within about 1 week, is that reasonable? There is nothing covering this in our agreement.
