Hi some advice would be much appreciated on this topic.
My tenant is leaving the furnished property, and they took a chair (unbeknown to me) to get fixed, however this chair has now been lost.

I will now need to buy a new set of chairs (for them to match) What would be the cost to the tenant.

1 chair, or the whole set to replace?
