Change Of Use - Planning Application

Dear NRLA,

I am writing to you as I am a property owner with a new house in Birmingham. As of June, properties whereby there is a change of use required have to submit a planning application. But it is unclear to me which fee rate I have to select when paying for the application. There is no help on Birmingham City Councils website. Could you assist me please?
