Dear nrla i rented a property two years ago. I did tenant find with a letting agent. They prepared the tenancy agreement etc. The term was two years. Once the tenants moved in i have managed it since. The two years is nearly up. The tenants want to stay and nothing has changed. Do i have to do a new tenancy agreement? What happens when the two year term ends?
