I have three BTL properties locally that have all been managed by estate agents, I have always wanted to manage them myself but have never had the time as I was working two jobs. Unfortunately/ fortunately I have just been made redundant at my day job of 19 years.
I plan to manage my properties myself and would be happy to receive any advice or guidance you can offer.
The current tenancy agreements seems to be between the tenant and the letting agent or say on behalf of Dalbir Gill, would I need new tenancy agreements?
If I need new agreements would I need to get a new inventory done?
New EPC’s as some have just gone past 10 years.
Electrical condition reports?

Kind regards,

Dal Gill
