Hi, we issued a s21 notice to our tenant on 25th September 2017, (well before the expiry date of s21was limited to 6 months) . We believe the notice is still valid and want to start court action to get the tenant out. We have made no alterations to the tenancy since it started in 2008, it has been periodic since the initial term ran out. Can we go to court using the existing s21? Many thanks.
